Co-founder & Head of Sports
- English FA Stage 3 UEFA “B” license
- 25 years football coaching experience, 14 years in Hong Kong
- Experience working with English professional club’s development centres including West Bromwich Albion and Northampton Town
- Experienced SAQ (speed, agility, quickness) coach
- Previously the Football Programme Manager at ESF football in Hong Kong
- Trained in professional development courses on growth mindset, emotional intelligence and person-centred coaching
- PFSA Level 1 Scouting qualification
Alex Snow
Guest Coach
- Irish FA UEFA “A” license holder
- 10 years football coaching experience, 7.5 years in Hong Kong including top HKFA youth leagues
- Experience working at Ipswich Town’s development centre and academies of Australian 2nd division clubs Olympic FC & Green Gully FC
- Former Assistant at HK Premier League side Resources Capital FC
Jordon Brown
Coach
- FAW Level 1 & FAW C Certificate
- Youth football coach in Hong Kong since 2010
- Northampton Town FC development centre and academy youth player
- Current full-time professional at Kitchee F.C.
Leonardo Costa
Coach
- FAW Level 1 coaching certificate
- As a youth, went through the HKFC academy system
- Played professionally as a goalkeeper for 3 years in Italy. Clubs included S Pistoiese, A.C Cuneo, Lavagnese
- Played professionally for Hong Kong team Citizen and now training with a HK professional team
- Provides expert goalkeeper coaching and has worked with West Island school football team

- Co-founder of PSA & overseeing all admin
- Level 1 Football Coaching license
- Voluntarily coaching youth football (team and individual training) for the past 17 years
- An intricate knowledge of the UK academy system, EPPP and school football pathways in the UK
- PFSA Level 1 Scouting qualification
